Our Story
Building a School with Purpose
At Gautam School, education is the shaping of character, creativity, and confidence for
life — nurturing generations of learners who think critically, act responsibly, and dream boldly.
Since 2033 B.S., it is the story of two visionary educators, Mrs. Urmila Lama, Founder and Principal, and Mr. Nima Lama,
Founder and Director, who believed that quality education should never be a privilege reserved for a few, but a fundamental right accessible to every child.

At Gautam Secondary School, the House System transforms school life into a vibrant culture of belonging, leadership, healthy competition, teamwork, and school spirit. Every student becomes a proud member of one of our four houses, each named after one of Nepal's great rivers.
